For the couple who would like help with every aspect of planning for their wedding. Special attention is paid to designing a cohesive event with all of the aesthetic bells and whistles. Working side-by-side with you, we give you monthly tasks and reminders, recommend quality vendors, attend vendor meetings, help you realize your vision and then follow through by implementing all of the design aspects and coordinating the events of the wedding day.

We are your planning coach, your personal event designer, the keeper of your timelines and task lists and on the day of we are there for you so that you can enjoy every single second. This service begins immediately with no limit on communication and referrals!

WHY DO I NEED A PLANNER?​
The average couple (without a wedding planner) spends over 500 hours planning their wedding. Much of that time is spent looking for vendors and then meeting with one after the other until you find the perfect one. As wedding planners we have already done the homework and have formed relationships with quality vendors. By getting to know you we can then direct you to one or two vendors that match your personality as well as your budget. We also streamline your processes by creating a vendor friendly timeline and layout so you can then use more of those hours to work, spend with your fiancé, family, and more. Plus, we are your hosts on the day letting you truly feel like a guest at your own wedding!

HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU DESIGN IN A YEAR?​
Moving forward into our 2026 season we will only take on a limited number of weddings to better assist our clients with the full-time love they deserve! I personally want to get to know each couple so that on your wedding day you are able to relax and know you can trust me to take care of all the wedding day details.

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?
At Dogwood we pride in being respectful towards your budget - there is definitely life after a wedding and we want to help make that possible! Our Full-Service Wedding Planning begins at $6,500, with pricing tailored to your planning stage, guest count, and venue. To provide an unparalleled, bespoke experience, we accept only 6-8 weddings per year, ensuring each couple receives our full attention and expertise. That's great! We look forward to chatting with you more. Typically we would set up an initial consultation so we can make sure our personalities match. From that point I will send over a contract through our client portal and once that is signed I will take a 50% deposit up front. Once all the particulars are in order the fun begins with a Welcome Email and Questionnaire. Once I have received this then we can dive into the planning process!
